We do this by making sure that we know where each item has originated from, which will be either of the following: -

-          The memorabilia was part of an exclusive signing with the player.

-          The memorabilia was obtained directly from the club, player or the player’s representatives.

Each piece of memorabilia goes through a number of steps to make sure that you the customer receives a genuine piece of sporting history.

YOUR GUARANTEE - A number of steps are followed by Autograph-Finder to ensure that our customers receive an authentic item of memorabilia.

1. Authentication – All our items are checked by an industry expert and wherever possible against known examples held on record
2. Authenticity Card & Hologram - Every signed item is supplied with a distinctive and unique Credit Card sized Guarantee of Authenticity and Hologram Sticker.       
3. Autograph-Finder Hologram Sticker – Is placed on the memorabilia in an easy to see position. If the sticker is removed from the memorabilia then the sticker will be void and therefore our authenticity will be void, this ensure's that our memorabilia can’t be copied.  

   
4. Registered Keeper – All our memorabilia is recorded on our database to let us know who holds each piece of memorabilia therefore making it easier for us to track fake pieces. Therefore making sure that you receive a genuine piece of memorabilia even if you aren’t dealing with us directly.
5. Changing Registered Keeper – If you wish to sell, or have been sold a piece of memorabilia supplied by us. Could you please contact the office and tell us the new keeper’s detail which ensures that we can keep track of our memorabilia to ensure step 4.
